Scarlet Sparkle as “The Mistress”

Scarlet Sparkle aka Sam Jenkins originally trained as a barrister, having obtained a first class degree in criminology before moving into the world of figure skating and burlesque – quite a strange combination. In addition to appearing in the show she is the producer of the show. Burlesque on Ice is Sam’s brain child and she has been the driving force behind the project.  Sam has been skating for a number of years and this enabled her to understand the difficulties in combining the glamour and tease of burlesque with the precision of figure skating.

Joe Morose as “The Libertine”

Joe Morose trained as an actor and has played theatres all over the country making his West End debut in 2012 as the eponymous Cat in The Cat in The Hat at Leicester Square’s Arts Theatre.  Describing himself as ‘a cross between Keith Richards and Noel Coward and a hefty dose of Peter Pan’, Morose is a regular compere at Proud Cabaret and works across all three of their venues and has also worked in cabaret all over London, including The Hippodrome’s Matcham Room. Lyn Gardener of The Guardian referred to him as “impishly spiteful and particularly impressive” whilst This Is Cabaret opted for ‘A deviant mash-up of Tori Amos, Helena Bonham Carter and Eddie Izzard’

Glorian Gray as “The Stage Kitten”

Glorian Gray is an Incorrigible clown and resolute funny lady, Glorian harks back to the days of good old British music hall with Carry-on style humour and just plain daftness, a dash of rude and a pinch of “ooh I say”. A firm comedy favourite in the cabaret world, Glorian has entertained all over the UK and Europe, and is best known for being the only trampolining stripteaser in the world (probably). Glorian has performed at many of the UK’s finest theatre venues including the King’s Theatre in Portsmouth, the Buxton Opera House, the Royal and Derngate, Northampton, the Old Rep, Birmingham, the Cheltenham Everyman and the Lowry in Manchester. Glorian also tours with large scale event The Burlesque Show and was recently one of the stars of the Foxy Bingo ad campaign.
